29-JUL-01:  AQL introduces custom PGA adapters. (see press release to the left)
20-JUL-01: AQL completes our first Air Cylinder Actuated Test Socket.

 
05-FEB-01: AQL is pleased to announce a patent pending shielded socket. This socket prevents stray signals from interfering with the test. The probe block and the component under test are enclosed in a metal housing which is connected to the ground plane of the PCB. The concept may be incorporated with any of the standard AQL socket footprints.

 
05-FEB-2001: Patent numbers 6,175,243 B1 and 6,127,835 have been issued for AQL's fixturing technology.

 

06-JAN-2001: LI test socket testing. It should be done at the end of the month.

15-NOV-2000: CIP Application 09/540 280, Patent 6127835 All Claims are allowed

09-OCT-2000: AQL receives a Patent Number for Probe in Board Model.

20-MAY-2000: AQL Starts production of the new LI (Low Inductance) Test Socket prototype.
